Warrior / Warrior / Paladin

C tier3v3speculativeDouble warrior

Two Mortal Strikes on one health bar. It is exactly as scary and exactly as one-dimensional as it sounds: unstoppable into slow teams, helpless into anyone who kites or chain-fears.

Speculative: pre-beta theorycraft that depends on tuning or rules Blizzard has not confirmed. Tiers revised weekly from community theorycraft; see the changelog below.

Specs

  • Arms Warrior Melee DPS
  • Arms Warrior Melee DPS
  • Holy Paladin Healer

Game plan

Both Warriors charge the same target with Freedom rolling and never swap unless forced. Intercept stuns alternate to extend the window. The Paladin Cleanses snares and prays. There is one plan; execute it faster than they can answer it.

Why it works: synergy

  • Double Mortal Strike halves healing twice as reliably and doubles pressure uptime.
  • Alternating Charge and Intercept stuns create surprising lockdown on one target.
  • Freedom plus Cleanse keeps at least one Warrior connected through most peel attempts.
  • Simple execution: the comp has almost no coordination overhead.

Counters

Roots, fears and three kiters: the Warriors spend the game walking.

Chain fears on two fear-vulnerable melee while rot kills the Paladin's mana.

Dangers: how this comp loses

  • Fear rotations hit two members with no self-answer beyond one Berserker Rage each.
  • Any team that outranges the fight wins by refusing to have it.
  • One-dimensional: opponents who scout the comp pre-plan the entire game.

What Forever changes

  • Undead Paladin (confirmed combo) helps the healer survive the fear game aimed at him.
  • Revamped racials with extra actives may give Warriors another fear answer, the single change this comp needs most.
